We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and organized individual to manage essential logistics and inventory within our manufacturing unit. This is a critical dual role that requires both physical efficiency (Runner) and meticulous attention to detail (Store Keeper).

Key Responsibilities

Runner / Logistics Duties

Perform essential external errands, including banking transactions, depositing/collecting export/import documents, and minor purchases.
Assist in the local transportation of materials between the storage area and the production sections.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of small parcels or documents as directed by the management.
General office support as needed.

Inventory Management Duties

Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials (cashmere yarn, dyes, etc.) and finished goods.
Organize and manage the storage area, ensuring all items are easily accessible, clearly labelled, and stored correctly.
Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the management.
Assist in the receiving, inspection, and issuance of materials to the production floor.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Salary: Above NPR 20,000 to NPR 25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum Education: Completion of +2 Level (Intermediate) or equivalent.
Experience: Not strictly required; 1 year of relevant experience in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
Skills: Must be reliable, trustworthy, well-organized, and possess basic numeracy skills.
Personal Qualities: Must be physically fit to handle the running/logistics duties.
A two-wheeler driving license is required.
