Job Description

Supervisor: Executive Director (ED) - Nepal
Working Hours: 40 - 45 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

  • To design and implement administrative systems to manage all WLEAD activities.
  • To give direction to WLEAD's operational processes and procedures.
  • To ensure the operation runs smoothly and all administrative/ financial information is effectively documented and reported.
  • To maintain an overview of all WLEAD's finances and administration and produce reports to the Board and the Management Team.
  • Maintain a professional culture and positive working environment.
  • Contribute to existing projects as needed and design and launch new projects (scope for this will be determined by your abilities and initiative). 

Essential Qualities / Experience:

  • A young professional with a minimum of two years experience of administration, operational management, planning or similar (this could be professional experience or at university).  
  • A self-starter who is proactive and has the drive and determination to make a difference to the operations of WLEAD.
  • A strong and influential communicator with a good command of Nepali & English.  
  • Has the ability to multitask and work independently. Loves working in a team and is flexible to support other areas of the business as needed.
  • Embraces the culture of WLEAD and has a passion for the development of young women in Nepal.
