Mountain Infra Company is looking for an Accounts and Store Incharge who is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient store operations. This role requires strong accounting skills, inventory control knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between departments to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor payments.
• Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and reconciliations.

Store & Inventory Management:

• Oversee store inventory, stock levels, and ensure timely procurement.
• Maintain stock records, issue materials, and update inventory logs.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper documentation of all transactions related to stores and accounts.
• Implement best practices for cost control and waste reduction.
