Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Office Assistant. As an integral part of our Immigration & Education Consultancy, you will provide administrative support and assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. 


  • Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and partners.
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Use personal transportation (bike) to handle errands such as document submissions, pickups, and deliveries.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of client documents.
  • Manage appointment schedules and assist in coordinating meetings.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and set up for client consultations.
