Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Front Desk Officer to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Managing filing system and CRM System
  • Recording information as needed
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
  • Manage and maintain office areas and resources
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Coordinating events as necessary
  • Maintaining supply inventory
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed
  • Aiding with client reception as needed
  • Experience as a virtual assistant
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
  • Data follow ups and update records to immediate concerned team member or Manager 

Note: Candidates should have their own two wheeler with valid driving license and fuel expenses will be provided.
