Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Drafting, composing, and sending official business letters, memos, emails, notices, and other business correspondence.
Maintaining accurate records of Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs) in the ERP/system and monitoring their due dates and status.
Regularly following up with customers and dealers regarding outstanding payments, orders, product requirements, and other business-related matters.
Calculating customer and dealer rebates, incentives, discounts, and applicable schemes accurately.
Maintaining proper records of approved rebates, incentives, and dealer schemes and coordinating with the Sales and Finance Teams for processing.
Preparing dealer-wise sales reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Monitoring dealer performance to ensure achievement of assigned sales and market share targets.
Communicating dealer performance, target achievement, and shortfalls with the Sales Team and Management.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations, official reports, sales reports, statements, summaries, and other documents as required.
Following up on shipment and delivery status and communicating updates to the concerned departments.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee details and records in the ERP software.
Calculating and maintaining employee leave balances from the ERP system and properly segregating leave records into Sick Leave, Casual Leave, and other applicable leave types.
Maintaining proper filing and documentation of company records.
Providing day-to-day administrative support and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Performing other administrative and related duties as assigned by Management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Required Age:Less than 35 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree running or completed in any relevant field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, tables, data management, and basic reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Fluent in both English and Nepali, with good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic to good knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI productivity tools.
Good organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and work effectively in a team.
