Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Nurse / Health Assistant will be responsible for providing basic medical care and first aid services at the site. The role includes handling minor injuries and health issues, maintaining health records, ensuring workplace hygiene standards, and coordinating with hospitals or clinics during emergencies. The position plays a key role in ensuring the health and safety of staff at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first aid and basic medical support at the site
Maintain medical records and health reports of staff
Handle minor injuries, illnesses, and emergency cases
Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards at the workplace
Coordinate with hospitals and clinics when required
Ensure availability and proper management of basic medicines and medical supplies

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Experience Required:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or site-based work
Experience in emergency handling will be an advantage
Certified Nurse or Health Assistant (CMA / ANM / PCL Nursing)
Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety

Requirements:

Responsible, calm, and attentive during emergencies
Willingness to work at project/site locations
Strong record-keeping and reporting discipline
