Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Developer with expertise in Next.js and JavaScript to join our dynamic team. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features, building reusable components, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. You will collaborate closely with other team members to translate business requirements into technical specifications, integrating modern authorisation mechanisms and optimising components for maximum performance.

Requirement

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Thorough understanding of Next.js and its core principles.
  • Experience with data structure libraries, such as Immutable.js.
  • Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  •  Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements within the Next.js framework.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development principles and best practices specific to Next.js.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s in computer science, Information technology or any related field
  • Knowledge of server-side rendering and static site generation in Next.js.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS or LESS.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and services.
