Criico is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale our web applications using Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling. You will work across the stack — from database and API design to polished, performant front-end experiences — and play a key role in technical decisions as the product grows.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js (App Router), React, and TypeScript
Build and integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and design efficient database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB)
Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Optimize application performance (SSR/SSG/ISR, caching, Core Web Vitals)
Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Mentor junior/mid-level developers and help set engineering best practices
Manage CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps/infrastructure decisions (Docker, Vercel/AWS)
Ensure application security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture decisions
