Roles and responsibilities of this job

B and B EduTech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated, confident, and communication-oriented individual to join our team as a Telemarketer Trainee. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective learners, introducing IT training programs, understanding their interests and career goals, and collecting relevant information to support marketing and business development activities.

This position offers an opportunity to develop communication, customer interaction, and lead management skills. Candidates demonstrating strong performance, discipline, and overall suitability during the two-month training/probation period may be offered a long-term position with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to assigned leads and prospective learners.
Introduce and explain the company's IT training courses clearly and professionally.
Identify potential learners' interests in IT training and related career opportunities.
Understand and record leads' educational, professional, and training backgrounds.
Collect relevant demographic and psychographic information from interested leads.
Identify course preferences, career goals, experience levels, and learning requirements.
Maintain accurate records of calls and conversations.
Update lead information in the designated CRM, system, or database.
Follow up with interested leads as required.
Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to support lead generation and conversion activities.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 qualification; Bachelor's degree or students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree are also encouraged to apply.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in making phone calls and interacting with prospective learners.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or data entry systems.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle information responsibly.
Punctual, disciplined, and professional approach to work.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly salary of NPR 22,500.
Two-month training/probation period.
