Good knowledge/skill about network & security solutions such as:

Router, Switch, Firewall
Network security, VPN, VLAN
Local Area Networking (LAN), Wide Area Networking (WAN)
Mail System and Security
Windows Server, Linux, DNS
Basic knowledge on Database such as : Oracle, SQL
Basic knowledge on Authentication Servers: LDAP, RADIUS, Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

Optional:

Follow established communication guidelines
Seek input from mentors and supervisors
Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work
Perform preliminary assessment of customer requirements
Assist the Sales team to prepare technical proposals and Counsel customer on products and services
Perform and validate project as per the defined Project Management Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Perform and validate technical support (such as onsite, remote, email, phone support)
Perform and validate POC of the assigned products as per the SOP
Perform and Validate investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery from the incidents/problems. When unable to resolve, escalate to next level in accordance with the escalation processes
Maintain documentations on deployment and service delivery; prepare daily/weekly reports
Keep updated on any given network and security application or device; maintain process of research and knowledge/ skills acquisition
Conduct research and development activities pertaining to business, operations, products and services
Perform all other technical duties as assigned
