• Supporting user remotely with different tools
• Worked before in helpdesk team and recording the incidents on helpdesk system.

General network troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot network hardware failures and cabling

Familiarity with Printers, Plotters and Copiers

• Replacing ink/toner cartridge
• Paper jams
• Clearing print jobs from server queue
• Setup new printers/copiers and scan facilities

Major applications support

• Microsoft office 365
• Troubleshooting of MS Office applications problems
• Installation and removal of applications (AutoCAD, Bentley…)

Vendor Coordination

• Must be able to work directly with vendors to repair major issues
• Must be able to work with different vendors to arrange different quotes

Business Technology

• Must be able to work on off hours/holidays
• Must coordinate and work with BT group
