Role Overview:
The main purpose of this placement is to support adopt and contextualize Social inclusion and Gender Manual developed by Global team to ensure SIG perspective VSO Nepal program and approaches. The volunteer have to support to develop Social Accountability framework, guidelines and training materials and build the capacity of VSO partner and staff on SA. Besides, the Volunteer will be responsible to develop SIG and SA responsive monitoring mechanism and system in place

Allowance and Accommodation:
All volunteers have an allowance paid in local currency. The allowance meets reasonable living expenses in country, but will not be enough to send money home. VSO works with some of the poorest communities in the world which means accommodation varies and will be basic.
