Saurabh Group Cement Wings is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager/ General Manager Sales to join our team. This top-level position will be responsible for overseeing and managing our national sales operations for our cement division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure maximum performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the senior management team.|Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.|Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep the sales team updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the cement industry and market trends

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 12 years

Required Age:Less than or equal to 50 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Must Be Fluent In English, Nepali and Hindi Both in speaking and writing
Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role or in a multinational corporation (MNC).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Prior Experience In Paints Industry, Tiles, Bath ware and Experience of Construction Material Sale.
Prior experience in the Cement or Steel industry is mandatory.
Proficient in using the internet for research and business purposes.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Level 5 or equivalent).
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the cement industry and market trends.
Ability to travel nationally as needed.
