Job Description

A competitive person who seeks career in FMCG sales and can oversee the overall sales objectives, goals and revenue of all the teams and sales personnel they supervise.

Responsibilities:

  •  Build and maintaining relationships with distributors all over Nepal
  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Solve problems by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
  • Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Reviewing marketing inadequacies and adjusting plans
  • Recognizing and rewarding top sales producers

  • 5-8 yrs. + years of experience in hardcore Sales & marketing in a Pvt. Ltd Company. (Preferably Snacks Company) in a single company or two different companies
