Job Description

While the position is employed under Eworks, it is aligned with the value and visibility of The British College. Our campaigns span globally, serving clients from the UK, Canada, Dubai, Nepal, and the US. This offers unparalleled exposure and the opportunity to work on international digital marketing strategies and platforms.

Role Purpose

The Multimedia Lead is responsible for planning, overseeing, and delivering all multimedia content production, including photography, videography, editing, motion graphics, and creative storytelling. This role is both strategic and hands-on — ensuring high-quality, timely, and engaging visual content aligned with the brand and campaign objectives. The Multimedia Lead supervises and coordinates a team of creative professionals and serves as the key liaison between the multimedia team and stakeholders.

Reports to: Creative Head

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multimedia projects, including events, campaigns, social media content, interviews, promotional videos, and more.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements, define creative direction, and get approvals.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, shoot schedules, scripts, and shot lists.

Production Oversight

  • Oversee and direct on-site and studio shoots to ensure quality and adherence to creative vision.
  • Coordinate logistics for photography and videography sessions, including equipment, locations, and personnel.

Post-Production Supervision

  • Manage the editing and post-production workflow to maintain high standards of visual and audio quality.
  • Review and provide feedback on edits, motion graphics, and final deliverables.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets in appropriate formats for various platforms.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor the multimedia team (photographer, videographer, editor, content creator, and assistant).
  • Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative, productive work environment.
  • Identify skills gaps and recommend training or tools to improve team performance.

Quality Assurance & Innovation

  • Ensure all multimedia outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and creative best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
