Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic interns with a passion for storytelling to grow into full-time creative developers. If you enjoy brainstorming ideas, crafting compelling narratives, and visually planning campaigns, this role is for you. You will be the creative engine for your assigned clients; responsible for conceptualizing campaigns, structuring photoshoots, and seamlessly weaving marketing strategies into engaging content. This role requires excellent English writing, out-of-the-box thinking, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Copy Creation: Craft engaging content, catchy campaign lines, and persuasive copy for various marketing materials and digital platforms.
Visual & Shoot Planning: Develop detailed shoot plans and create visually compelling photoshoot/production decks to guide the creative team.
Strategic Integration: Conduct thorough brand and market research to initiate and embed data-backed strategies into all content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with project management, design, and marketing teams to ensure the effective and timely execution of campaign ideas.
Client Management: Maintain constant, clear communication with assigned clients to understand their needs, present ideas confidently, and ensure deliverables meet their expectations.
Timeline Management: Take ownership of your projects, managing timelines to ensure all content and concepts are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications:

Independent thinker with a strong creative pulse and problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (completed or currently ongoing).
Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to not only write but also conceptualize visual ideas (experience with creating decks or shoot plans is a major plus).
Confident and comfortable maintaining clear, professional conversations with clients and stakeholders.
