Women Act is a national level non-governmental organization (NGO) working to address gender inequality and for the empowerment of women and girls. We focus our efforts on promoting the social, educational, economical, and political development of Nepalese women, including advocating for women’s rights, eliminating discrimination against women including GBV, advancing women’s capacities and leadership skills, and amplifying their voices for peace and development at the national level.

Currently, Women Act is seeking a qualified full time Program Officer - Livelihoods, Microfinance and Private Sector Partnership for its central office.

Job Description

  • Analyze data derived from the events as per targets
  • Review existing tools and queries, and providing solutions for improving the performance toward the goal set
  • Make necessary field visits in the program districts /VDCs and collect information, source of data and keep up-to-date documentation
  • Help the supervisors support analyzing and providing necessary data and information as documented
  • Follow all formats and put the data accordingly
  • Keep all necessary/important documents up-to-date as per need and instructions
  • Assist the supervisors for quarterly reports
