Monitoring, Advocacy and Public Relation Officer

Education Level	:	Graduate (Masters)
Experience Required	:	Not Required

Knowledge and skills in participatory and result based monitoring tools and techniques
Strong analytical skill and conceptual understanding of integrated right based approach, feminism, gender equality and social inclusion
Ability to articulate in English/Nepali in both verbal and in written
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with minimal supervision
Should have computer knowledge(Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Exhibits strong follow up skills to ensure assignments are completed
Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trust worthiness
Have good understanding and knowledge on national and international laws, human rights instruments and mechanism, design and lead advocacy campaigns, identify the advocacy issues and advocate accordingly; and event/programme documentation and reporting skill both in English and Nepali.
Knowledge and skills in planning publicity/PR strategies, campaigns, organising promotional events like designing, writing and/or producing presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, ‘in-house' journals, reports, publicity brochures, information for web sites and promotional videos etc.
Sensitive and responsive towards issues related to gender and diversity
