MIS Officer

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Officer to manage and optimize all sales-related reporting and data systems for our smartphone distribution business. The MIS Officer will support RT-wise sales analytics, sell-in & sell-out tracking, scheme performance analysis, inventory & ageing tracking, and provide actionable insights for management.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Distribution Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Track RT-wise, distributor-wise, and SO-wise performance.
• Maintain sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through dashboards.

B. Inventory &  Ageing MIS

• Track stock-in-hand, in-transit, and warehouse-level inventory.
• Maintain ageing buckets (7/14/21/30/60/90 days).
• Identify slow-moving SKUs and support liquidation.

C. Market Coverage & RT Analytics

• Track market coverage, active retailers, and beat adherence.
•  Provide gap analysis for underperforming RTs.

• Maintain scheme circulars and performance mapping.
• Calculate incentives, bonuses, and SPF claims.

E. Dashboard & Automation

• Create dashboards for leadership.
• Automate recurring reports.

F. Cross-Department Coordination

• Work with sales, finance, warehouse, and marketing teams.

G. Compliance & Data Integrity

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy.
