Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy MIS Executive who can efficiently manage business data and convert it into meaningful reports and insights. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Excel-based reporting, data accuracy, and dashboard creation, with the ability to support management decision-making through structured MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales and Service departments
Manage and organize large datasets using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
Create dashboards and performance summaries using Pivot Tables and formulas
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all business data
Support data collection and reporting automation across departments
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline reporting processes
Generate analytical reports to support management decision-making
Maintain proper documentation and reporting records

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Management, or Data Analyst role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) and Google Sheets
Strong analytical and numerical ability (Mathematics/Statistics background preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
Ability to handle large datasets efficiently
Strong communication skills for presenting reports to management
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reporting tasks
