New Business Age Limited, Nepal leading business media and strategic communications company, invites applications from dynamic, analytical, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Business Intelligence & Sales Performance Officer.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, market intelligence, sales performance management, and strategic decision-making. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in supporting the Deputy CEO by generating actionable business insights, monitoring sales performance, and driving accountability across the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on the media, advertising, and marketing communications industry.
Perform market analysis, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify business opportunities.
Prepare business intelligence reports and actionable recommendations for management.
Monitor sales performance against assigned targets and identify performance gaps.
Work closely with the sales team to drive achievement of individual and organizational sales targets.
Conduct daily sales review meetings and prepare minutes and action plans.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards, MIS reports, and performance scorecards.
Analyze customer data, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness to improve business performance.
Provide timely, data-driven feedback and recommendations to the sales team.
Submit periodic reports and presentations to the Deputy CEO on sales performance, market developments, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with editorial, marketing, finance, and digital teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics,Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in business analysis, market research, MIS, sales coordination, business intelligence, or a similar role will be desired advantage.
Fresh graduates with exceptional analytical skills and internship experience may also apply.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Ability to interpret data and prepare insightful reports.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
