Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Teacher to join our team in providing holistic education to our students. The ideal candidate for this role must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related subject and at least 2 years of experience in the education industry.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans for students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
Develop students' critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Assess and monitor students' progress and provide timely feedback.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
Utilize technology and other teaching aids to enhance learning outcomes.
Manage and maintain classroom discipline and student behavior.
Participate in curriculum development and review to ensure alignment with educational standards.
Foster a strong partnership with parents/guardians by providing regular updates on student progress.
Stay updated with latest teaching methods and techniques by attending workshops and training sessions.
