Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Mid-Level Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our development team. Ideally, you are a "polyglot" developer who is comfortable switching between Python and PHP environments. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our existing applications (Laravel/Django) while building modern front-ends with React. Beyond coding, you will be responsible for the health of our deployment pipelines, ensuring smooth CI/CD processes and server management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development:

Backend Engineering: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Django (Python) and Laravel (PHP). You should be comfortable working in a multi-stack environment.
Frontend Implementation: Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js. Bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
API Integration: Create and consume RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL) to integrate backend services with frontend applications.

2. DevOps & Deployment:

CI/CD Management: Design and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) to automate testing and deployment.
Server Management: Handle site deployments on Linux servers (e.g., Ubuntu/CentOS). Manage web servers (Nginx/Apache), configure Gunicorn/uWSGI, and ensure application uptime.
Containerization: Utilize Docker for creating consistent development and production environments.

3. Code Quality & Collaboration:

Code Review: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and perform migrations.
Mentorship: Assist junior developers with technical challenges and architectural decisions.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Experience & Education:

3-5 years of professional software development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Technical Skills:

Backend: Strong proficiency in at least one of Django or Laravel, with a working knowledge of the other and a willingness to work across both.
Frontend: Solid experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux/Context API) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
DevOps: Hands-on experience with Linux server administration (SSH, Bash scripting) and deployment strategies.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (Pull Requests, Branching strategies).

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have (Bonus):

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of Redis, Celery, or Queuing systems.
Experience writing automated tests (PHPUnit, PyTest, Jest).
