About the Role:

Yoddha Lab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Mid-Level On-Page SEO Specialist to join our SEO team. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing on-page SEO strategies across our websites and digital products. Your goal is to improve search engine visibility, user experience, and organic performance by ensuring all on-page elements follow SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive on-page SEO audits to identify technical and content-related issues.
  • Optimize key on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.
  • Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO-friendly content layout and formatting.
  • Implement schema markup and structured data to enhance search engine understanding.
  • Analyze site performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
  • Optimize content for E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) signals.
  • Track keyword rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and bounce rates to measure on-page effectiveness.
  • Support technical SEO efforts (page speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, indexability).
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO industry trends.
  • Assist in planning and executing SEO A/B tests and content experiments.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in on-page SEO, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or digital marketing setting.
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Surfer SEO.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript related to SEO implementation.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, and development teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience optimizing multilingual or international websites.
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and experience with tools like PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) in relation to on-page SEO.
