Job Description

Responsible for software configuration, documentation, implementation, training, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Architecting the CRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the business’ organizational process
Support existing client base with support issues that arise
Analyze existing processes and develop recommendations to improve client performance
Meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to clients’ satisfaction
Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
Developing PowerBI / SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML
Identify assignment conflicts and issues and communicate to Project Manager
Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customers’ businesses
Assist in the integration of application components
Close cooperation with client teams and follow up business requirement
Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture
