What This Role Is About

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Full Stack Developer to take end-to-end ownership of our multi-tenant SaaS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SIS (Student Information System) projects. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of these applications, from feature development and code quality to deployment, monitoring, and production support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning a product, thinking beyond just writing code, and ensuring systems run reliably in production.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain features across the full stack of our multi-tenant CRM and SIS platforms, covering domains such as leads, users, roles, reports, dashboards, and communications.
Build robust back-end services and REST APIs using Node.js and NestJS (modules, guards, middleware, DI, WebSockets).
Build responsive, performant front-end interfaces using TypeScript and Next.js, and maintain clear API contracts between frontend and backend.
Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases using Prisma - schema design, migrations, indexing, query tuning, and connection pooling for multi-tenant workloads.
Implement and maintain multi-tenant routing, tenant provisioning, and safe migration workflows across tenant databases.
Build and maintain async background jobs with BullMQ + Redis for email, SMS, lead processing, and notifications.
Implement authentication and authorization: JWT, OAuth, RBAC, and secure cookie/session patterns.
Maintain third-party integrations (email/SMS providers, S3-compatible storage) and data import/migration flows.
Containerize applications with Docker and own the deployment pipeline from development through staging to production (CI/CD via GitHub Actions).
Monitor application health with structured logging and observability tooling; troubleshoot production issues across API, queues, and database layers.
Write clean, testable, well-documented code (Jest), participate in code reviews, and implement security best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and maintain documentation for systems, APIs, and deployments.

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

3+ years of professional software development experience (or equivalent depth).
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
Hands-on experience with NestJS (modules, guards, middleware, DI, scheduling, WebSockets).
Solid PostgreSQL skills: schema design, migrations, indexing, and query tuning.
Experience with Prisma (or a similar ORM) and relational data modeling.
Strong REST API design skills: versioning, auth, validation, error handling, and documentation.
Experience with Redis and background job systems (BullMQ or similar).
Working knowledge of JWT authentication, OAuth, RBAC, and secure cookie/session patterns.
Familiarity with Docker, environment-based configuration, and basic CI/CD workflows.
Ability to debug complex systems: multi-tenant routing, async jobs, and third-party API failures.
Clear communication skills for cross-team work with frontend and operations stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience building or maintaining multi-tenant SaaS applications (database-per-tenant or schema-per-tenant).
Python/Flask experience for the ETL import service (pandas, RapidFuzz).
Familiarity with Socket.io real-time patterns.
Experience with AWS S3 or S3-compatible object storage.
Knowledge of email/SMS provider APIs (Brevo, Twilio).
Exposure to CRM, admissions, recruitment, or EdTech domains.
Experience with Excel report generation, CSV imports, and data migration tooling.
Frontend skills in a modern SPA framework (React/Vue) for full-stack debugging.
Experience with New Relic, structured logging, and production observability.
Familiarity with GitHub Actions, GHCR, and VPS/Docker Compose deployments.
Prompt engineering / AI integration experience - familiarity with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI), building AI-assisted features, or using AI tools to improve development workflows.

What Success Looks Like

New CRM features ship reliably across all tenant databases without migration incidents.
APIs remain stable, documented, and aligned with frontend needs.
Production issues (auth, tenant routing, queues, integrations) are diagnosed and resolved quickly.
Database performance and connection management stay healthy as the tenant count grows.
The team can onboard new tenants, run migrations, and deploy with confidence.
Test coverage and code quality improve steadily in high-risk areas (auth, leads, migrations, reports).
