About the job

Job Description :

We are looking for a Mid-Level MERN Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining eCommerce websites using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and experience with Next.js on the front end.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain eCommerce websites using the MERN stack.
Implement responsive and high-performance user interfaces with React.js and Next.js.
Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Integrate third-party APIs and services.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Work with MongoDB for database management and operations.
Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and standards.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Hands-on experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.
Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
Understanding of web development principles and best practices.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with eCommerce platforms and payment gateways.
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
