About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandise Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling merchandise requests from our sales team and coordinating with our marketing team to ensure these requests are efficiently executed. This role is crucial for supporting our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that our merchandise aligns with our brand and meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and the marketing team for all merchandise-related requests.
Manage and track all merchandise requests from the sales team, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute merchandise strategies that align with sales objectives.
Coordinate the production, procurement, and distribution of merchandise items.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders as needed.
Ensure all merchandise meets brand standards and quality expectations.
Assist in the development and implementation of promotional merchandise campaigns.
Prepare and maintain reports on merchandise usage, inventory levels, and campaign effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for new merchandise items that support sales and marketing initiatives.
Handle any issues or discrepancies related to merchandise requests and coordinate resolutions with the relevant teams.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in merchandising, sales support, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of merchandising principles and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with inventory management software.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies is a plus
