Job Description

  • Plan yearly, month on month Campaign calendar
  • Develop and execute monthly cross category Mega Campaigns (CP)
  • Strategic/Execution alignments with local (Nepal) and regional (Pakistan) campaign operations
  • Develop and integrate CP OKRs (Objective Key Results) that aligns with overall business strategy
  • Own campaign PMO (project management operations) and plan inter department deadlines and deliverables for timely campaign execution
  • Develop and maintain campaign performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future campaigns
  • Create and coordinate campaign mechanics for better customer engagement that aligns with the campaign objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness continually
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative/design, product, and commercial, marketplace ops, marketing teams, to ensure that campaign objective is being met and the messaging is consistent across all channels

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of work experience in Project Management
  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business and Management
  • Experience with leading projects and teams Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong accountability and ownership values
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
  • A problem solver with good time management skills
