The Executive Search Unit of Merojob, on behalf of its client, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Representative. If you have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, the ability to effectively promote medical products to healthcare professionals, and a passion for the healthcare industry, the company would be excited to welcome you to their team!
Key Responsibilities:
Promoting and Selling Products: One should essentially sales people within the healthcare industry, responsible for achieving their assigned sales targets.
Building Relationships: One should cultivate strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Providing Information: One should educate healthcare providers about new products, treatment options, and medical advancements.
Conducting Presentations: One has to deliver product presentations and provide educational materials.
Tracking Sales and Targets: One has to monitor sales performance and track progress towards their targets.
Record Keeping: One has to maintain detailed records of all contacts and interactions with healthcare professionals.
Other Benefits
Travel Allowance: 1 Ltr Petrol Per Day (If Candidate Uses Own Vehicle, Applicable On Working Day Basis)
Not available in the case of an Office Vehicle being used.
Food Allowance: Rs. 200/- Per Working Day
Mobile Expenses: Rs. 500/- Per Month
Target Bonus: Rs. 10,000/- If the monthly target is achieved
In case of travelling out of Kathmandu:
Hotel Stay: As Per Actual
Bus Travel: As Per Actual
Food Incentive: 700/- Per Day
Note: MR will have to travel to Pokhara, Butwal, Narayanghat, Biratnagar and other places as per company guidelines.
