We are expanding our team and seeking additonal Assistant Relationship Officers (4 full-time positions) at our Kathmandu Office under the Retail and Food Services Teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries or concerns.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Support:

Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting company products and services to existing and potential clients.
Provide product information and suggest solutions to meet client needs.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate client records and update databases with relevant information.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the team or management regarding client interactions and outcomes.

Customer Service Excellence:

Address client inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
Gather client feedback and work with relevant teams to improve service delivery.

Collaboration:

Work within the Retail and Food Services teams to implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and client engagement strategies.

Market Research and Outreach:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Assist in planning and executing client engagement events or activities.

Operational Support:

Monitor inventory levels and assist with product availability for client orders.
Ensure timely processing of client orders and coordinate delivery logistics when needed.

Field Work:

Visit client locations as necessary to strengthen relationships, collect feedback, and provide product demonstrations or support.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent.
Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication in both Nepali and English.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and good working knowledge of computers.

Personal Attributes:

Good listening skills and a positive outlook.
Proactive, with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Driving Requirement: Must have a valid 2-wheeler driving license and own a vehicle.
