Frost & Sullivan has an immediate opening for a detail oriented Media Production Coordinator in our Nepal office. The ideal candidate will be energetic and engaging and have a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative position and will be accustomed to working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Scout and handle all aspects of a successful media production project 
• Coordinate and manage a media production pipeline among multiple stakeholders 
• Manage execution, production scheduling, and product delivery communications between Media Production Team, internal and external customers, and freelance professionals
• Manage special projects as designated, specifically, dealing with administrative, delivery, and coordination issues 
• Assist in creating and publishing content for social and digital platforms 
• Project optimization including but not limited to; project set up and closure
• Prepare expense report and follow-up and help manage team’s financial operations and budget
• Coordinate, manage and maintain calendars

Experience:

• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong communication skills
• Discerning attention to detail and strong aesthetic sensibility
• Experience with project management platforms

Note: Familiarity with Infographic, Website, Video Production, Media Production, Press Release, and Podcast creation
