Machine Maintenance Engineer

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mechatronics (electronics/mechanics) through training, academic study, or professional work.
• Proven experience in machine maintenance.
• Practical experience in the use of test and measurement devices.
• Ability to read and interpret connection diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience in communication with customers and suppliers.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Analytical mindset with a systematic approach to troubleshooting and operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in technical English (written and spoken).

Preferred (Plus Points):

• Experience working with similar machinery relevant to the role.
• Strong understanding of PLC systems (basic troubleshooting & diagnostics)
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems (sensors, actuators, control systems)
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures
• Understanding of electrical systems integration with mechanical components
