Entry to Intermediate Level MEP Engineer

We are looking for an energetic Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer for various international building projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review building mechanical, plumbing, and electrical system designs.
• Assist senior engineers for conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for various projects.
• Contribute to BIM modeling.
• Assist in preparing MEP calculations, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborating with an in-house team of engineers and construction professionals to ensure the project specification met.
• Assist in managing the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Prepare documentation for permits and approvals from authorities.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in building system, mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft office package.
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD/REVIT and Bluebeam/Adobe computer software.
• Clear communication and excellent teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities,
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualification

• Master’s degree in building system engineering.
• Proven understanding of building system codes (IBC, NEC, IPC, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.), regulations, and construction practices as required by US jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of experience.
