Gurukul Academy Lamahi is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic senior Maths Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics/ science, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential in the subject.

Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the educational needs of students.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters respect and discipline.
• Student Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to help students improve.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to review and enhance the mathematics curriculum, ensuring it remains current and effective.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and best practices in mathematics education.
• Extracurricular Activities: Support and participate in school activities, such as math clubs, competitions, and other extracurricular programs.

Qualifications:

• Education: At least Bachelor's degree in Science/ Mathematics or a related field. A Master's degree in related subject is preferred.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience, especially in a high school setting, is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using educational technology, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
