Roles and responsibilities of this job

Thames International College invites applications for Full-Time / Part-Time Faculty Member at the Bachelor’s level in the fields of IT, Management, Finance, Research, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, English and Nepali.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate student learning, provide effective instructions and perform evaluation of student learning for all assigned classes using the standard course outline as a guide.
Participate in curriculum planning, development and administration.
Provide academic mentorship to support students’ academic and professional growth.
Ability to work in a team inculcating the values of the college among students.
