Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2+ years’ experience in construction management and inventory control.
Proven track record of successfully managing the purchasing and inventory of materials.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.

Independently complete the inquiry and price inquiry of material supply, and be aware of bulk materials and materials.
Supervise and manage the warehouse and materials.
Strong execution and forward-looking, cost control awareness and negotiation ideas.
Ensure that all materials are purchased in accordance with the company’s purchasing policies and procedures.
Manage the inventory of all construction materials, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time.
Monitor the stock levels of all materials, ensuring that they are kept at an optimal level.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality of materials.
Monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure that materials are being used efficiently and in a timely manner.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce the cost of materials and improve the efficiency of the material management process.
Maintain accurate records of all materials purchased and used.
