Qualification & Competencies: 

Education Degrees: 

  • Bachelor in Health Care Management, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or  Public Health or Relevant to a Related Field.  
  • Candidates having master degree in relevant field is preferred 

Experience Years: 

  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar role/industry 

Others: 

  • Two-wheeler/ Four-wheeler driving skill with a valid license is preferred.

Job Description

Overall responsibilities: 

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee sales and business activities while supporting the  Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) in managing the overall operations of the company. 

Specific Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development of our business plans working closely with clients, sales team, medical  squat, management, creative and content teams, quality management team, and distribution  partners, to create an effective and efficient business strategy focused on growing audiences  for our products and services 
  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of business campaigns, including design of  test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and  recommendations 
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of business plans and strategies,  product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales 
  • Hold regular meetings with account managers to review the pipeline, resolve challenges,  present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team consistently  performs above standard 
  • Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging  displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis 
  • Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and  implement business and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and  externally 
  • Oversee and grow the business department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities  within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts 
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the  development and management of an annual business budget, profit/loss projections,  expenditure spending, and other financial considerations 
  •  Understand key business performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research,  forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate  results into actionable insights for the business team 
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, healthcare policies, and emerging technologies that could  impact the business. 
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the company's presence in the  healthcare market
