Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to lead promotional activities, enhance brand visibility, and support outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hearing and speech services, increase patient engagement, and strengthen the clinic’s presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
Manage social media pages, website content, and online reputation
Develop promotional materials, brochures, and newsletters
Coordinate with media, vendors, and community partners
Organize awareness programs, health camps, and outreach events
Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports
Provide input into branding and advertising strategies
Assist in client communication and customer relationship management

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1+ year of relevant experience preferred
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Excellent communication and writing skills (English & Nepali)
Proficient in graphic tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
Ability to think creatively and work independently
Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
