Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Digital and Content Executive who can lead digital marketing initiatives, develop impactful content strategies, manage performance-driven campaigns, analyze marketing data, and drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand growth across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall digital marketing and content function across all business verticals.
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaigns and promotional plans.
Prepare integrated marketing strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand visibility.
Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
Develop and maintain content calendars across digital platforms.
Generate content ideas, campaign concepts, and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the creation and execution of social media content, blogs, videos, reels, push notifications, email campaigns, and in-app communications.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication across all marketing channels.
Coordinate with design, content, operations, product, and business teams to deliver marketing projects.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization initiatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Develop dashboards and support data-driven decision-making.
Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign expenditures.
Support influencer marketing, partnerships, public relations, and brand collaboration initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend monitoring.
Identify emerging digital marketing opportunities, platforms, and content formats.
Coordinate with agencies, media partners, influencers, and external vendors.
Maintain marketing documentation, campaign records, and performance databases.
Support the launch and promotion of new products, services, features, and business verticals.
Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects while maintaining quality standards.
Provide strategic recommendations to improve overall marketing effectiveness and business growth.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing,
Marketing Analytics, Brand Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in managing digital campaigns, content planning, and performance marketing is preferred.
Prior experience in technology, e-commerce, logistics, ride-sharing, food delivery, or fast-paced industries will be an advantage.
