Job Description

1. Strategic Marketing

  • Design and execute comprehensive offline marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop monthly marketing goals, targets, and outreach plans.

2. Branding & Communication

  • Ensure consistent and professional branding across all hospital communications (internal & external).
  • Draft marketing content such as flyers, brochures, banners, health awareness materials, etc.

3. Outreach & Patient Engagement

  • Conduct regular field visits to corporate offices, insurance companies, schools, embassies, NGOs/INGOs, and community groups.
  • Organize physical health camps, OPD tie-ups, free screening events, and school/corporate wellness programs.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with private clinics, pharmacies, and medical practitioners.

4. Institutional Networking & B2B Promotion

  • Actively identify and pitch hospital services to HR/Admin departments of companies and organizations.
  • Promote annual health packages and tailor institutional offerings for bulk clients or employee coverage plans.
  • Coordinate with front desk, finance, and medical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of corporate tie-ups.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly performance reports covering outreach conducted, leads generated, and conversion rates.
  • Collect feedback from outreach events and suggest service improvements based on market needs.

Value Addition to the Hospital

  • Revenue Growth: Increase patient flow from external partnerships and outreach programs.
  • Corporate Branding: Position Chirayū Hospital as the preferred healthcare provider for organizations and communities.
  • Referral Pipeline: Build long-term referral sources from institutions and local stakeholders.
  • Patient Retention: Improve loyalty through proactive follow-ups and organized wellness engagement.
