Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, opportunities for promotion and growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners to support marketing initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, results, and recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with the sales, design, and production teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

+2 degree in Management or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of marketing strategies, techniques, and tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Fluency in Nepali and English languages.
Have a valid driving license (Candidates having a two-wheeler is preferred).
