Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Formulate marketing plans and campaigns and facilitate execution of strategy by undertaking competitor analysis
Approach merchants for campaigns and tie-ups
Develop proposals for company products/services as per the requirement
Represent the company in various events, socializing events, and other activities and facilitate promotion and branding of the company and its products/services.
Introduce Innovative concepts and campaigns
Responsible for cultivating, maintaining, and developing relationships among business partners.
Promote campaigns and events carried out in partnerships with others
Maintain good relationships with merchants/vendors/partners
Supervise and guide team members and coordinate activities among the team.
Accountability for KPIs related to acquisition and onboarding of users
Take user ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

We are looking for candidates who can:

Coordinate to onboard new events and plan BTL activities as per our brand guidelines and client requirements and ensure ROI from the events. Detailed reporting of all activities conducted during the events that include meeting with partners, and physical presence at the time of multiple events.

Good knowledge of Event Management Marketing
Excellent Coordinator and Negotiator
Must be a creative thinker
Good Team player
Bachelor in Management (specialization in sales marketing preferred)
Good knowledge about branding.
Brilliant communicator and a people person.

Mandatory Requirement: Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license
