- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product/service developments.
Brand Management:
- Cultivate a strong brand presence for each product, ensuring consistent messaging and brand guidelines are adhered to.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target audiences for each brand.
Campaign Management:
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future strategies.
Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand positioning.
- Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and designers to produce high-quality materials.
Digital Marketing:
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant influencers, organizations, and platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with partners to execute joint marketing initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of atleast 3 years in marketing roles, with a focus on Ed-Tech and SaaS industries.
- Strong understanding of the Ed-Tech ecosystem and trends.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Results-oriented with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
