We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute AIP Education’s marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for planning and managing integrated marketing strategies, ensuring strong brand positioning, driving high-quality leads, and supporting admissions and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage annual, quarterly, and campaign-based marketing plans strictly as per the allocated marketing budget.
Monitor and analyse current market trends and competitor campaigns, including messaging, channels, offers, and positioning, to keep AIP competitive.
Coordinate closely with digital marketing teams, creative agencies, media partners, printers, and other marketing vendors to ensure timely execution and brand consistency.
Track and analyse lead generation, lead quality, conversion ratios, cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and overall ROI, working closely with sales and admissions teams.
Regularly audit marketing campaigns, performance reports, and AIP’s website, identifying gaps, optimisation opportunities, and compliance or brand risks.
Ensure all marketing communication strictly follows AIP brand guidelines, tone of voice, and ethical standards across all platforms.
Strengthen and add long-term brand value for AIP, positioning the organisation as a trusted, student-centric global education partner.
Prepare and present marketing performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for management.
Support business growth initiatives by aligning marketing strategies with admissions targets, intake priorities, and country-specific campaigns.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in education, consultancy, or service-based industries.
Proven experience managing marketing budgets and performance-driven campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead funnels, analytics, and ROI measurement.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and interpretation skills
