  • Experience, skill and confidence to take independent responsibility to analyze, supervise and monitor aggressive sales, distribution and marketing plans. 
  • Think creatively, be organized and methodical work well in a team and with a 
  • wide range of people
  • Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing 
  • strategies to meet company objectives. A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Knowledge in IT related products/ services marketing will be an added 
  • advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience required in similar field in a reputed company.
  • Excellent communication/ writing skills in English and team leading capability
  • Must have good Public Relation with Corporate People.
  • The successful applicant should be accountable for the strategic direction and growth of the company as well as active management of daily business activities.
  • This is a senior management level Position. Salary no bar for right candidate and will be negotiable.

Job Description

  • To manage, coordinate and maintain all matters related to plan and execute a complete range of marketing and business development activities and to formulate, strategies and coordinate the business development activities of the company 
  • To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
  • Budget management and Target Setting. To deliver all marketing activity within the defined budget.
  • To explore ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability by identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
  • To promote, marketing and create distribution channel of all Company's Products in defined target segment in Nepal
  • Direct the hiring, training, monitoring and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities
  • Be in touch with key customers. Key Lead Finalization, Lead Generation etc.
