Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are a leading distribution company for premium Agri products from Japan, catering to the organic farming sector. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team and lead our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our Agri products in the market.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify potential opportunities for product promotion.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance sales and maintain a strong network.
Manage and train a team of marketing executives to work efficiently towards achieving sales targets.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
Utilize various marketing channels such as social media, print, email, etc. to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
Oversee the design and production of promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum intermediate education.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Agriculture sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong PR relations.
Proven ability to manage a team and work towards achieving targets within tight deadlines.
A keen eye for market trends and consumer behavior.
Proficient in time management and multitasking.
Attention to detail and ability to provide creative solutions.

Note:

Preference shall be given to candidates having two-wheelers with a valid license.
Both intermediate and graduate-level candidates are welcome to apply.
