  • At least 5 years experience in the marketing field, 3 years in Mobile phone industry. Have good track record
  • Understand deeply the Mobile phone market and B2C process in both carrier and open market. 
  • Should be familiar with carrier tariff and resale business. Understand operator sales process and behavior. 
  • Should be familiar with Nepal handset industry. Clear market benchmark. 
  • Should Have strong and steady marketing skills in all marketing functions. Have good track record of Branding and promotion.
  • Should Have good PR resource, customer resource. 
  • Must be Strong responsibility, self motivated and capable of working under great pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English

Job Description

  • Responsible for marketing business of Nepal, improve Huawei Device marketing capability and Sell out performance and focus on improving Huawei phone retail ability in Nepal.
  • Follow Huawei Global Brand strategy, develop local and reachable brand plan by country. Set clear Brand target and index, continued to improve Huawei Brand.
  • Make annual marketing plan base on Huawei product roadmap. Develop promotion plan and key product GTM plan for customer to improve Sell out Performance. Work closely with sale team, distributor, and support key GTM project. 
  • Improve marketing capability, PR, Media, Promotion, Event, etc. Help Huawei Device improves reputation steadily. Build long and good relationship with Key Press, journalist, opinion leader.
  • Build good relationship with customer and provider’s marketing team in external. As well as maintain good relationship with Huawei technology function Dept. 
  • Ensure that resources achieve high ROI of both MBF and CCF. Obey internal process strictly such as Purchase process, DMFP apply and payment process, etc.
  • Brand shop building and operation.
  • Optimize and build strong agency platform.
