Strong self organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to meet exceptions of multiple entities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description

Implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of marketing functions and facilitate integration with other departments of the company.
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet the company objectives.
Explore business potential, opportunities and clientele to secure profitable business volumes.
Direct sales of residential properties by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available property.
Ensure the provision of opportunities and convert prospects to closed sales
Establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Ensure effective, brand marketing communications which may involve company website, print communications and advertising.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that with all the stakeholders of the company.
